The Cockfighter’s Ghost brand features two distinctive ranges – Black Label and Single Vineyard. The majority of the Cockfighter’s Ghost Single Vineyard is derived from our Chairman’s Vineyard in Blewitt Springs, Adelaide.

The Single Vineyard range is vibrant, fruit-driven and elegant, representing the best of South Australia including from its Chairmans Block in McLaren Vale. The Black Label comprises hero varieties sourced from key wine regions including the Hunter Valley.

Chief Winemaker Xanthe HAtcher
Chief Winemaker, Xanthe Hatcher’s, ability to produce highly sought after and contemporary wine styles is not least demonstrated by her first vintage as Winemaker of Cockfighter’s Ghost Single Vineyard wines where she won ‘Best Single Varietal Red’ at the 2017 Royal Melbourne Wine Awards and was a finalist for the coveted ‘Jimmy Watson’.
