We are excited to welcome you back to our Cellar Door – but things will be a little bit different…..
We are delighted to be welcoming back guests to the our Cellar door, and to make sure that your visit is as enjoyable as possible whilst maintaining the highest possible standards of hygiene and safety for you and our staff, we are introducing the following policies and procedures. Please ensure that you have read these prior to your visit and please refer back to this page just before your booking to ensure things have not changed.
Please note that you MUST BOOK and pre-pay for tastings before arrival. As per the Government guidelines, we are RESTRICTED TO 8 SEATED GUESTS within our venue at any one time and so bookings are essential to guarantee a place.
In order to ensure compliance with our maximum capacity and to allow us time to clean and sanitise areas in between tastings, we will be limiting tastings to set start times, a duration of no more than 45 minutes and a set tasting menu. Book your tasting slot HERE.
Groups are limited to 6 or less and when you book we will require contact information for each guest attending. This information is crucial in ensuring our maximum capacity is not exceeded and that we have full traceability of all visitors. If guest information changes on the day of your tasting, please let our staff know on arrival so our information remains accurate. Note: all members of each group must select the same tasting experience. Only the people listed on this booking will be able to enter the cellar door. There will be no exceptions for additional people due to capacity restrictions (this includes children and non-tasters).
It is a condition of entry that you and your guests confirm that you are not suffering any signs or symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, have not returned from overseas within the last 14 days and/or have not been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not or cannot comply, as well as the right to ask people to leave if they are observed displaying any signs or symptoms.
We would ask that people enter through the front door and leave through the designated exits and to ensure that you maintain a 1.5 m gap from any other visitors before, during or after your tasting – especially in the car park and immediate surrounds of the cellar door.
To this end, we have placed distance markers at measured locations around the cellar door to assist you and our staff in maintaining this essential distancing. We will also be using disposable items wherever possible and accepting only contactless payments.
We will have ample hand sanitiser available and are deep-cleaning every used surface and common areas in between tastings with commercial grade disinfectant.
